How to correct, dispute, or remove your listing

SG Aircon Guide is a free directory of air conditioning contractors in Singapore. Each listing pulls basic business information from public sources and calculates a score using a single, published method applied equally to every business. Your scores come directly from Google reviews analyzed through the same rubric, never adjusted by hand. Being listed costs nothing, and payment cannot change your score or ranking. Fixing factual errors

Contact us with the correct information for any of your business details: name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or services offered. Include proof of the correct value, such as a link to your website, your Google Business Profile, or another public record. Once verified, the correction is locked into your listing and survives all future data refreshes.

Challenging your score

Scores are generated by algorithm, never edited by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, the issue is always with the input data. You may dispute us if your business profile was matched to the wrong Google Business entry, if reviews were attributed to you incorrectly, or if the review summary misrepresents what customers actually wrote. We will re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a claim that the data feeding the score is inaccurate.

Requesting removal

We remove listings for permanently closed businesses, duplicate entries, or businesses outside our scope as air conditioning contractors. If your business is operating, in scope, and listed only once, we will decline your removal request and explain why. Our monthly re-verification cycle automatically catches and removes closed businesses, so closed status alone can take up to 30 days to process.

We acknowledge every request within 5 business days. Approved removals are actioned within 7 days. Declined requests include a plain explanation of the reason.
